TEW Welcomes Michael Ruttinger, Mary Stiles & Jennifer Woloschyn as Associates

Cleveland, Ohio – (September 21, 2009) Michael J. Ruttinger, Mary Hirschauer Stiles, and Jennifer R. Woloschyn have joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP as Associates in the firm’s Cleveland office.
Mr. Ruttinger is a member of the firm’s Trial Department, focusing on appellate & legal issues. Michael graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and earned a B.A. from the College of Wooster, where he graduated summa cum laude. Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West, Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Deborah Cook, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Ms. Stiles is a member of the firm’s Trial Department, focusing her practice on business litigation and bankruptcy. Mary graduated summa cum laude from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, earned a M.S.W. from The University of California, Berkeley, and received her B.A. from the University of Dayton. Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West, Ms. Stiles worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Arthur I. Harris, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio. She was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Dana M. Sabraw, United States District Court, Southern District of California.
Ms. Woloshyn is a member of the Trial Department, focusing her practice on mass tort & product liability. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law. She received her B.A. from the College of Wooster. While in law school, Ms. Woloschyn worked as a judicial extern to both the Honorable John Adam, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Prior to graduation, she had also worked as a summer associate with Tucker Ellis & West.
