AT&T’s Antitrust Counsel Joins Tucker Ellis & West

(Cleveland, Ohio) July 22, 2009 – Patrick J. Pascarella, former Chief Antitrust Counsel for AT&T Inc., has joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP as a Partner in the firm’s Cleveland office.

Mr. Pascarella will head up the firm’s antitrust efforts, providing counsel and litigation capabilities over a wide range of antitrust and competition law matters. Prior to joining AT&T in 1996, Mr. Pascarella was with the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.

Mr. Pascarella received his law degree from The National Law Center, George Washington University and has served as a guest lecturer for the National Defense University, Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Recent speaking engagements include the 2008 ABA Antitrust Section Spring Meeting and the 2008 American Lawyer General Counsel Conference. Mr. Pascarella just published an article on AT&T’s recent victory before the Supreme Court in linkLine vs. Pacific Bell. He is a member of the ABA Advisory Panel.
