Tucker Ellis & West Welcomes Monica Williams As Associate

Cleveland, Ohio – (July 8, 2009) Monica D. Williams has joined Tucker Ellis & West LLP as an Associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. She is a member of the firm’s Trial Department where she focuses her practice on product liability and toxic tort defense. Ms. Williams has represented a variety of corporate and insurance interests in product, contractor, premises, and supplier liability claims. Her litigation work has entailed defending claims in all phases of pre-trial proceedings as well as trial.
While attending Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Ms. Williams was a Loyola Scholar, inducted into the Order of the Coif, a First Honors Award recipient (remedies law), graduated cum laude, and served as a Note and Comment Editor for the International & Comparative Law Review.
