Tucker Ellis & West Comments on Incentives Received by Willard & Kelsey Solar Group LLCJune 2009 Cleveland, Ohio – (June 9, 2009) Today Governor Strickland announced the first round of projects to be funded by the Ohio Advanced Energy Jobs Stimulus Program. As part of the non-coal portion of this announcement, Willard & Kelsey Solar Group, LLC (“Willard & Kelsey”) is set to receive a $10 million loan to put two thin film solar panel manufacturing lines at its current production facility in Perrysburg, Ohio, eventually employing over 3,500 people.
