Arun Kottha Appointed to Shaker Heights Board of Appeals

Cleveland, Ohio (May 4, 2009) -- Tucker Ellis & West LLP is pleased to announce that Arun Kottha has been named by Shaker Heights Mayor Earl Leiken to the city's Board of Appeals. This committee of the city government hears appeals from the decisions, orders and notices of violation issues regarding the housing code and the criminal activity nuisance law, and appeals referred to the Board of Housing Code appeals and the maintenance review board.
