On February 4, Arun Kottha and Justin Rice spoke in workshops at DRI’s Product Liability Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana. In the workshop on scaffolds, cranes, and aerial devices, Arun moderated “On-Product Warnings in the Americas and Europe.” Justin presented “Don’t Let Juror Misconduct Lead to Mistrial or Lawyer Misconduct” in the workshop on children’s products.
