Glenn Morrical and Carter Strang were quoted in The Plain Dealer on a lawsuit alleging that oil and gas drilling in Ohio is “abnormally dangerous.” They said the plaintiffs claim the well operator “should be held liable even if the company took every reasonable precaution to prevent harm,” and said they know of no lawsuit in Ohio that has applied the “abnormally dangerous” doctrine to oil and gas drilling.
