
Timothy C. Connor is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. He is a member of the Trial Department and practices in the areas of products liability, mass tort and intellectual property. Tim also has a wide range of experience advising clients and litigating complex cases involving construction-related disputes, casualty claims, business and real estate disputes and copyright and trademark claims.
Tim was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, with distinction, from San Diego State University and his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, with a Certificate of Concentration in Intellectual Property Law. He is the author of Comment: "After Dastar: Can a Right of Attribution Still Exist under § 43(a) of the Lanham Act?" 9 Intell. Prop. L. Bull. 11 (2004).
Tim is a member of the State Bar of California and Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California.
