Susan L. Mizer

Susan Mizer is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP and practices in the area of intellectual property law. Her practice is concentrated on the business aspects of intellectual property, focusing on securing protection on innovation investments and strategy for maximizing related value. Sue assists clients in isolating, securing and enforcing extensive trademark portfolios. She also counsels clients in use of intellectual property assets in connection with corporate matters, including, financing and licensing and assists in enforcement and defense of intellectual property rights.

Ms. Mizer services a geographically diverse base of clients involved in high technology ventures, and is particularly active with companies in the areas of chemistry/biochemistry, Internet connective appliances, office automation systems, and semiconductor technology. She divides her time between servicing clients from the Cleveland and California offices of Tucker Ellis & West LLP.
