Sara K. Beede

Sara K. Beede is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP and focuses her practice on mass tort & product liability. Her work has been concentrated in the area of civil litigation, defending high profile corporate clients in general liability matters including products liability, premises liability, complex tort litigation, personal injury, and contractual disputes. Sara has independently handled files from inception through settlement or trial, taken and defended depositions, and has argued motions in both state and federal court.

Ms. Beede received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was the Moot Court Chairman and recipient of the CALI Excellence Award. She was on the Dean’s List at the University of California, San Diego, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science in 2005.
