Samantha Tisdale

Samantha Tisdale is Counsel in the Los Angles office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. She is a trial lawyer with litigation experience in state and federal courts across the United States at both the trial and appellate level.

Ms. Tisdale’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on business and commercial disputes. In her practice, Samantha represents clients in actions involving breach of fiduciary duty claims and related business torts, unfair competition and consumer class actions, and intellectual property disputes (trade secret, trade dress and trademark). She also has significant experience litigating real estate disputes, foreclosures, and construction defect actions.

In addition, Samantha Tisdale’s practice involves analyzing complex insurance coverage issues and litigating those issues through appeal resulting in published opinions. She has also worked extensively counseling clients regarding contractual obligations and the application of indemnification and defense provisions, and has litigated these issues throughout the United States.

Samantha grew up on the East Coast and lives in Los Angeles. She is bilingual (Spanish) and enjoys travel, film and theatre.
