Robert S. Frost
Robert Frost is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, whose focus is on estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, and public law. Rob was an international law fellow while attending Case Western Reserve University, where he received his J.D. in 1994, graduating cum laude. While attending Emory University in Atlanta, where he received his B.A., Rob was a Carter Presidential Center Intern and worked on emerging democracy projects. He is the Chairman of the Republican Party of Cuyahoga County, a position he has held since January of 2005. Rob is also a member of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, where he has served since May 2007, and is a former city councilman for the City of Rocky River. Mr. Frost successfully argued before the Eleventh District Court of Appeals in a landmark case restricting the ability of the State to invade non-self-settled trusts, Carnahan v. Ohio Dept. of Human Services, 139 Ohio App. 3d 214. Rob is a native Clevelander who currently resides in Lakewood with his wife and three children. Civic & Professional Involvement
