
Rebecca Winder Gutierrez is Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. Her practice focuses on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in products liability cases. As coordinating counsel in litigation alleging a defective pain medication, Rebecca practices in federal and state courts across the country. Rebecca's experience also includes defending complex construction defect, personal injury, and general product liability claims.
Rebecca completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA in 1998, earning a B.A. in English and Sociology. Rebecca attended law school at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as Technical Editor of the Santa Clara Law Review, participated in Honors Moot Court, and earned a law degree in 2003. Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West, Rebecca served as Research Attorney to the Honorable Jane Johnson and the Honorable Andria Richey of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Rebecca lives in Toluca Lake with her husband and two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending UCLA football and basketball games, and travelling.
