Rebecca M. Biernat

Rebecca M. Biernat is Counsel in the San Francisco office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. She is a member of the Trial Department, where she practices in the areas of medical, pharmaceutical, mass tort and products liability.

Rebecca received her law degree from the University of California's Hastings College of the Law in 1998, and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 1994. In 2007, she was named "Legal Service for Children Pro Bono Attorney of the Year." Rebecca is fluent in German.
