Raymond J. Marvar

Raymond J. Marvar is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis, focusing his practice on corporate healthcare and government & community relations. Additionally, he is General Counsel for a large independent multi-specialty medical group and serves as the Vice-President of a healthcare consulting firm.

Ray has served as an officer of, and legal counsel to, the Cleveland Health Network, a managed care organization, and the CHN Integrated Services Organization, a group purchasing company. He also served as an officer of the board of the Cleveland Clinic’s captive insurance company (CCHISCO) and as a member of the Fairview/Lutheran Foundation Board of Directors.

Mr. Marvar began his career as a law clerk to Judge Nahum Litt, Chief Judge of the United States Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges in Washington, D.C.
