Preeti K. Singh
Preeti K. Singh is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. Preeti practices in the area of insurance coverage, principally focusing on the representation of insurers in connection with claims made under directors and officers liability, and professional liability policies. She has represented insurers in connection with securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative actions, antitrust claims, employment and discrimination claims, professional liability claims, and other actions brought against financial institutions, high technology companies, diversified conglomerates, and other Fortune 500 corporations and their management, including the IPO Allocation Litigaton, Enron, options backdating, and subprime mortgage clams. In this regard, she also has developed considerable experience in the evaluation of risk in high exposure cases, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Preeti began her legal career as a corporate securities/M&A associate in a large San Francisco law firm. Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West LLP, she was a complaint mediator for the Better Business Bureau of New York. She has also served as legal consultant for the Council of Sikh Women of New York.
