
Paul W. Smith is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis LLP, where he focuses his practice on medical & pharmaceutical liability.
Mr. Smith earned his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was a Senior Editor of the Cleveland-Marshall Journal of Law and Health. While at Cleveland-Marshall, he served as an extern for Judge Melody Stewart of the Eighth District Court of Appeals. Paul received his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and his undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of Rochester, New York.
Prior to joining Tucker Ellis, Mr. Smith worked for a major pharmaceutical company for more than 10 years. He was a retail and specialty representative for the company and promoted products to treat depression, diabetes, osteoporosis, bipolar disorder, and attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD). Paul also worked as a senior staffing associate/recruiter for the company.
In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, jogging, ballroom dancing, and traveling.
