Patricia L. Seifert

Patricia L. Seifert is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, where she is a member of the Trial Department with experience in all aspects of commercial, construction, insurance, mass tort and product liability, and business litigation. She has represented individuals and businesses in large, complex litigation, including matters for retail business owners, developers, construction firms, schools, condominium associations and other business owners. In addition to her trial experience, Pat has extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution experience and is a member of the American Arbitration Associations Panel of Commercial Arbitrators.

Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West LLP, Pat was General Counsel for a national construction firm where she represented the company and its affiliates in litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitrations and mediations in local, state, and federal courts. She also advised them on employment issues, accounting issues, contract enforcement, and OSHA compliance including day-to-day advice and consultation, preparation and review of safety programs, training, audits at work sites, and defense of citations.
