Patricia A. Fennelly

Patricia A. Fennelly is Counsel in the firm's Denver office. Her diverse litigation practice in state and federal courts during the last twenty-eight years has included product liability and employment defense work, as well as intellectual property and commercial cases. She was a member of a national counsel team defending and managing national toxic shock syndrome cases, including trial. Several years of Patricia's practice were devoted to the representation of a Denver manufacturer in a large intellectual property case involving copyright and trade secret claims against a competitor. Colo. 1996).

She served as an Associate Attorney General for the states of Colorado and Missouri, representing state agencies in administrative law matters; her work in Missouri included a water rights case within the original jurisdiction of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Patricia took a sabbatical from law practice for several years beginning in 1992 to become the founding investor and publisher of The Budapest Business Journal, an English-language weekly business newspaper in Budapest, Hungary. The newspaper was sold to investors in 1994 and continues publishing today.
