
Nicole Braden Lewis is Counsel in the Cleveland office. Her practice focuses on mass tort, pharmaceutical and medical malpractice defense. She represents product manufacturers as both national and local counsel in asbestos litigation. She has obtained a jury verdict in favor of a Certified Nurse Practitioner, sitting second chair in a three-week trial of a nursing home negligence case that sought punitive damages. She also obtained a defense verdict in a recent bench trial on behalf of a pro bono client facing eviction from his home.
Nicole earned her B.A. in religion from Denison University. Nicole earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she was honored to receive the Diane Ethics Award and a Student Leadership Award. Nicole spent one semester of law school at the University of Ottawa, Ontario, where she exercised her fluent French language skills. Outside of her law practice, she has completed her first marathon and recently returned to dance classes.
