
Michelle Marvinney is an attorney in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. Michelle focuses her practice primarily on the area of commercial lending.
Michelle has extensive experience representing commercial banks in structuring, documenting and restructuring secured lending transactions in traditional middle-market, asset-based, health-care and other specialty lending. Her accounting background has proven invaluable. Recently, Michelle has assisted clients on various issues related to oil and gas leases both from the perspective of the secured lender and from the perspective of the landowner by combining her commercial lending experience with her analytical skills. Michelle also finds herself often assisting small business owners in formation of companies as well as with general contract and business advice and services.
Michelle received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team. She is currently a member of both the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
Michelle is blessed with four active and athletic daughters. She has been involved in their lives by volunteering at Magnificat High School and at their parish of St. Albert the Great.
