
Michael C. Brink is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. Much of his practice is focused on commercial litigation matters, including, but not limited to business torts, contract disputes, claims under the Uniform Commercial Code, employment claims, theft of trade secret and noncompetition claims, and other business-related disputes. Michael also handles bankruptcy and insolvency matters, where he regularly defends preference and avoidance actions. In addition, he is experienced in the defense of professional liability claims brought against accountants and accounting firms.
Michael is Secretary and President-Elect of the Board of Trustees for the HELP Foundation, Inc., a non-profit social services agency that assists individuals with mental retardation and development disabilities in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Summit Counties. Michael also serves as Co-Chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s High School Internship Committee. While in law school, Michael served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Dan Aaron Polster, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Ohio. Michael is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Ohio State, and Federal Bar Associations.
