
Mary Hirschauer Stiles is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, where her practice focuses on employment law, business litigation, and intellectual property. She has defended employers in a wide variety of employment lawsuits involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, workplace harassment, whistleblower, FMLA, and retaliation. She also has experience in matters involving trademark infringement, contract disputes, business torts and other business related disputes.
Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West, Ms. Stiles worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Arthur I. Harris, United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Ohio. She was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Dana M. Sabraw, United States District Court, Southern District of California.
Mary received a full scholarship to the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated second in her class. While earning her undergraduate degree at the University of Dayton, Ms. Stiles was a recipient of the Hull Grant for service immersion in Cameroon, Africa.
Mary was born and raised in Cleveland. She currently resides in Avon Lake with her husband Kevin and her three children. In addition to spending time with her family, Mary enjoys swimming, movie nights, and getting together with her friends and extended family.
