Leslie E. Criswell

Leslie Criswell is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, and is a trial lawyer with 30 years of active experience in state and federal courts in California, Nevada, Utah and Washington. She is primarily involved in defending product manufacturers, premises owners and managers, and others in products liability and premises liability personal injury matters, employment harassment and discrimination claims, ADA cases, asbestos and toxic tort claims, and high rise fire and other catastrophic loss cases.

Leslie tried her first jury trial in her first year out of law school, and having tried dozens of cases since then, is truly comfortable in any litigation setting, and in the courtroom. She and her family make their home in the Palos Verdes area.

Leslie is an active member of both the California and Nevada Bar Associations and has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer for four consecutive years (2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010). She teaches with NITA, at the ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates) trial school, and volunteers her time as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She regularly sit as a Judge Pro Tem for several branches of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and is instrumental in the firm’s diversity pipeline efforts in Los Angeles, heading up the team which is now in active partnership to provide law, business, and government training to students at an inner city high school in the L.A. Unified School District.
