Larry B. Donovan
Larry Donovan is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. His practice focuses on intellectual property law with a concentration in the assessing and protecting of technological innovation. Larry's experience includes assessment of research and development efforts for isolating and protecting patentable subject matter, trade secrets, copyrights and trademarks. He also assists in enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as defending assertions of infringement. Mr. Donovan services a geographically diverse base of clients involved in high technology ventures and is particularly active with companies in the areas of digital devices, electronics, telecommunications, light emitting diode applications, mechanical devices and wireless communications. Mr. Donovan is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association Intellectual Property Section, the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Section, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
