Joshua J. Wes

Joshua J. Wes is Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Tucker Ellis & West.  He is a member of the Trial Department and his practice focuses on general litigation and pharmaceutical and medical products liability.  His experience includes business litigation, products liability litigation, unfair competition law, construction law, contractual disputes and appeals.  He has litigated in state and federal courts across the country.

Josh earned his law degree in 2005, from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.  During law school, he served on the Editorial Board of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and competed in Vienna, Austria, as a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team.  Josh served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew of the United States District Court, Central District of California.

He is a licensed attorney in the state of California and a member of the Los Angeles County and American Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.

Representative Cases

IREF v. Pfizer, Santa Clara Superior Court, Santa Clara, California; member of trial team that represented Pfizer in five week jury trial arising out of the alleged theft of trade secrets from a database as part of a clinical trial to have a new drug indication approved.
