John P. Palumbo

John P. Palumbo is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP and a member of the firm's Trial Group. His practice focuses on business, insurance and mass tort litigation as well as directors and officers liability and professional and products liability. Jack's previous in-house positions as Vice President of Law and Assistant General Counsel at Fortune 500 companies in the corporate community have provided him with a wide array of legal experience in both the business and trial arenas, including corporate law, litigation, national class actions, mass product liability, toxic tort, trademark infringement, international arbitrations, personal injury, breach of contract, ADR process and labor and employment issues.

Jack is an active member of the Product Liability Council and has served as its Chairman and as Chairman of the Case Selection Committee. He was also a member of the Civil Justice Reform Group and is a current member of the Ohio and Tennessee Bar Associations, the American Arbitration Association and Trial Attorneys of America.
