John A. Favret, III

John A. Favret, III is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. He is a member of the Trial Department. John currently spends most of his professional time defending medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, health care institutions, physicians, and nurses in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts throughout Ohio. He also has experience in products liability, business litigation, and in the defense of a political subdivision under Ohio’s Political Subdivision Tort Liability Statute.

John received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he was a member of the Trial Team. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Wisconsin. While in college, he started four years on the Badger football team, was a part of two Big Ten and Rose Bowl Championships Teams, and was Co-Captain his senior year.
