
Jennifer R. Woloschyn is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Trial Department, focusing on mass tort & product liability. Her work primarily involves taking and defending depositions, drafting pre-trial and dispositive motions, and propounding and responding to discovery.
While in law school, Ms. Woloschyn worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable John Adams, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Prior to graduation, she also worked as a summer associate with Tucker Ellis & West.
Jen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Akron Law Review and competed in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition. Prior to that, she graduated magna cum laude from the College of Wooster with a B.A. in English and a minor in history.
She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Akron Bar Association.
For fun, Jen loves to bake, travel, and compete in a good game of euchre.
