Jennifer L. Stueber

Jennifer L. Stueber is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, where she brings significant depth in the areas of real estate lending and business transactions, rental & leasing services, and corporate law.  Jennifer was appointed Special Counsel by the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in 2011, and continues to serve in that role.

Jennifer has represented banks and borrowers of large commercial loans and taxable and tax-exempt bond financing, and has advised companies in joint ventures and shareholder agreements. She has represented real estate developers seeking public funds to close budget gaps and assisted local organizations in issuing revenue bonds to promote the economy and create jobs.

Jennifer is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the American, Ohio State, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She has attended a number of YWCA seminars, including a series of lunchtime conferences regarding women’s issues in the workplace and is currently involved in the training program for Business Volunteers Unlimited. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Jennifer and her husband Tom, an engineer for NASA at Glenn Research Center, reside in Columbia Station with their two sons, ages nine and six.
