Jennifer W. Berlin

Jennifer Berlin is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis where her practice focuses on Business Transactions & Securities. Over the past 12 years, she has represented numerous companies, private equity firms, and banks in a wide array of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and equity and debt financings, as well as representing investment advisors and funds. Ms. Berlin served as general counsel for a registered investment advisor with developing and ongoing compliance matters, as well as numerous private investments in public entities, private equity investments, and debt and preferred equity investments. She has also provided extensive corporate counseling to clients in diverse industries on a variety of matters and has represented many clients in entity, fund, and joint venture formation, as well as representation of public companies in a variety of matters.

Outside of professional activities, Jennifer most enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, jet-skiing, boating, and racing cars.
