
Jane F. Warner is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis. She has extensive experience defending doctors, nurses, dialysis centers, and long-term care hospitals, participating in general litigation, negotiation, and settlement matters for malpractice suits. She also traces how tort reform statutes are applied to malpractice laws, hoping to improve the quality of medical service for providers and patients alike in the long-term.
Jane is a Registered Nurse with 13 years of experience in cardiology and critical care, which enables her to bring firsthand medical knowledge to her cases.

Thompson v. THC, Inc. et al. United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Suit, filed by the resident’s son, alleged improper discharge of the resident from a skilled nursing facility because the resident had not received 100 days of skilled care as allowed by Medicare (2008).
Kobler v. Royal Oak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Common Pleas Court for Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Suit alleged nursing home negligence and a violation of the nursing home bill of rights statute (2008).
Chromic v. Kaiser Permanente, et al. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Appellate District, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Cause of action dismissed due to Plaintiff’s failure to file an affidavit of merit in a refiled cause of action for medical malpractice (2007)
