
Jaclyn Bryk is an Associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP, where her practice focuses on medical malpractice and pharmaceutical liability. Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West, Jaclyn was an associate with a law firm specializing in litigation in Charleston, West Virginia, where she focused on commercial and complex litigation with an emphasis on contract disputes and insurance coverage.
Ms. Bryk has extensive experience providing coverage opinions and advice for various types of coverage including commercial general liability, home and auto, directors and officers, construction, liquor liability, employment, and disability. She has represented insurance carriers, agents, and insureds in coverage and bad faith litigation in both state and federal courts as well as before arbitration panels.
Jaclyn has successfully obtained summary judgment on numerous insurance coverage issues, including issues of first impression, and bad faith claims. She has also appeared on behalf of insurance carriers before the West Virginia Insurance Commissioner. Her experience further extends to extensive legal writing and research, especially at the appellate level where she has appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and on numerous occasions before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
Jaclyn is a native of Cleveland. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Christian, and traveling.
