
Jack Goldwood is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Trial Department, concentrating on the defense of major corporations in mass tort and toxic tort litigation. Jack also has experience in product liability defense, and has litigated and tried maritime cases. He works in both national and local counsel capacities, and defends clients in cases throughout the United States. Jack has represented manufacturers of a variety of products, including HVAC equipment, electrical motor controls, plaster, commercial roofing, protective clothing, gaskets and packing, boilers, brakes, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
Jack has spoken and published articles on professionalism. Prior to joining the firm, Jack served as a judicial staff attorney for the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, and also has experience working for an international manufacturer of motion and control technologies as well as one of the nation’s largest insurance companies. Jack is an avid collector of music and movies, and also enjoys running.
