Gary L. Dinner

Gary Dinner is of Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP.  A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Gary serves as Chairman of the Trusts and Estates Department of Tucker Ellis & West, a Cleveland tier 1 department as ranked by U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Lawyers - Best Law Firms.” He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration, and estate and gift taxation. Gary also has extensive experience with premarital agreements. He has represented a diverse group of clients during his more than thirty years of practice including professionals, small business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, individuals with inherited wealth, banks and charitable entities. His practice area allows Gary to engage in sophisticated tax planning while helping people with real life issues and concerns.

Gary has lectured frequently on estate planning related topics and is a former chairman of the Bar Association of Greater Cleveland Estate Planning Institute. Gary has been listed in Best Lawyers in America® for more than twenty years, has long been designated one of Ohio’s “super lawyers” by Cincinnati Magazine, and is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney, the highest such peer review rating available to any individual lawyer. He lives in Orange Village, Ohio with his wife, a child psychologist. Their daughter is a school psychologist.
