
Ed Duncan is a Partner in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. He is a member of the Trial Group and has experience in a wide range of legal disciplines. His focus, however - - and the area in which he devotes most of his time - - is insurance coverage, including general and professional liability, E&O, life, accident and disability, personal lines and insurance bad faith litigation. In addition, his practice includes general civil litigation. He has written scores of coverage opinions and has appeared in trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio in actions involving all manner of insurance coverage disputes. These include the defense and prosecution of multiple declaratory judgment actions relating to insurance coverage claims and defense of significant personal injury actions involving wrongful death and permanent disability.
Mr. Duncan is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. He has lectured on insurance coverage issues and has successfully argued two cases in the Ohio Supreme Court.
