Curtiss L. Isler

Curtiss Isler is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on the defense of products liability and asbestos litigation. Mr. Isler has participated in more than 40 appellate arguments and has tried to completion more than 50 jury cases in state and federal courts. He has served as lead trial counsel in cases involving breach of contract, product liability, mass tort litigation and trade secrets.

Mr. Isler is admitted to the State Bar of Ohio (1975) and the State Bar of California (1990). He is Past President of the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Lawyers, and is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association.
