
Christian Drago is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. He practices in the field of intellectual property, with an emphasis on licensing and patent drafting. He has drafted applications in the areas of wireless communications, computer software, computer networks, multi-function peripheral devices, as well as other electrical and non-electrical fields. Christian has also been involved in the drafting of several invalidity and non-infringement opinions. In addition, Christian has assisted with intellectual property related litigation, including copyright, trade secret and patent infringement actions.
Christian grew up Cleveland, Ohio, before attending Ohio Northern University, where he received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1998. After graduating from Ohio Northern, he attended The University of Toledo, College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2001. Following graduation, Christian remained at The University of Toledo, working in the Office of Research, Technology Transfer Department. While at The University of Toledo, Christian worked closely with investigators, drafting patent licenses, material transfer agreements and sponsored research agreements.
Christian is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Bar Association.
