
Ayesha B. Hardaway is an associate in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. She is a member of the Trial Department and primarily focuses on mass tort and products liability litigation.
Ms. Hardaway’s practice includes the defense of some of the nation’s leading electrical, automotive, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. She provides in-depth representation for these clients through all phases of the litigation process. In addition, Ms. Hardaway assists in the defense of medical malpractice litigation through the preparation of experts, taking and defending depositions, and conducting medical research.
Prior to joining Tucker Ellis & West, Ayesha was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office in the General Felony Unit.
