
Avril G. Love is Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. Avril defends pharmaceutical and medical products liability actions and handles multi-jurisdictional litigation and class actions, particularly in the context of products cases involving recalls. She also has experience resolving business matters brought in California courts involving contract disputes, trade secrets, antitrust, fraud, and other torts.
Avril earned a B.A. at Berkeley in Political Science and Psychology. She attended Georgetown University Law Center, where, as a clinic student, she drafted the Domestic Violence Screening, Treatment and Prevention Act of 2003, introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives.
