
Anne M. Kordas is Counsel in the Cleveland office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. She is a nurse attorney practicing in the Professional and Products Liability Group and finds her background as a registered nurse and legal nurse consultant assets in defending product liability cases involving pharmaceuticals, and medical professionals and hospitals in malpractice cases. Prior to becoming a defense attorney, Anne practiced as a plaintiff's attorney focusing on medical negligence and personal injury cases.
Anne has managed complex pharmaceutical cases and has significant experience in pre-suit resolution programs involving pharmaceuticals. In addition to defending negligence cases involving a wide range of medical disciplines and topics, she has counseled hospitals and health care professionals on risk management issues, and lectured on nursing documentation and leading malpractice risks. Anne's passion for work is fueled by her dedication to both the legal and medical professions. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and camping.
