
Anne Swoboda Cruz is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Tucker Ellis & West LLP. As a member of the Trial Department, she practices in the areas of business and products liability litigation. She has extensive litigation experience involving commercial disputes, product liability, and financial institutions. She has represented a wide range of clients including manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, property owners, telecommunications companies, and hotels. With involvement in numerous jury trials and arbitrations, Anne enjoys the courtroom and trial.
A native Californian, Anne received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA. She was a judicial extern for the Chief Judge for the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel in the Central District of California and also studied at the University of Salamanca, Spain.
Anne actively participates in Bruin alumni groups, TEW’s pipeline initiative program, and the Defense Research Institute. Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and son and traveling, especially in Latin America.
